What would you do?

Lately my best friend has been on a weird schedule. We used to talk every night. Anyways, she always says "YOU call ME" and I have been and she's been asleep or busy with her mom or whatever. Well today I got a hold of her. She says "Can I call you at 10" I say "yea are you positive you will call" She says "Yes" and guess what?! No call. So I eft her an angry message stating that I was sick of calling her and getting no response. Turns out she fells asleep (suprise,suprise) and now she's playing the victim. Shouldn't she have had the courtesy to call me before laying down? Do I apologize?
