Why I'm still hurting so much?

I had a full hysterectomy ten days ago. At the hospital I tried to urinate with the catherer on and I guess I hurt myself. Then I got a bad bladder infection. The pain was so horrible at home, that I literally asked God to take me! Now, I have a catherer at home. For the past two days it was ok. This morning I try to have a vowel movement, (I'm constipated since the surgey. Not as much, but still) and the pain returned. I am so scared! I can't handle this pain again. Is it an urethra pain this horrible, did I hurt my bladder? Did my bladder got hurt during the surgery? My dr. won't give me a concrete answer and I am beginning to feel like leving this earth. PLEASE! someone tell me what or how to get rid of theis horrible pain! I have being takin Bactrim, vicodin and stool softeners.
