What to know about AutoCAD 2008?

I'm in the process of applying for a job and they require that you must know how to use auto cad 2008 or newer. I have 07 on my computer and I need to know is 08 or newer that much of a difference. and if there is..what are they? what do i need to know in order to say "yah i know how to use 08 and above"....
