Why does nobody out there know that it is not a legal requirement to study Law in order to call yourself a Law

How thick and moronic can you get. Under UK law , you need to study Medicine in order to call yourself a Doctor or Nurse. The police, presumably, have a degree in law and this why they avoid crimes that never happened.
