When do blink 182 tickets for hershey pa go on sale?!?!?

i saw a website (that i cant find anymore..) that said the ticks dont go on sale til 5/30.. but on stub hub and sites like that.. they say they have tickets! does anyone know when they go on sale or if they are.. is stub hub and ticket liquidators reliable?
