Mixed signals????

I really like this guy. When me and this guy are hanging out he flirts with me and tells me we should hang out more. He stops and says hey to me in school. He has my number and im but he never calls me and never ims me. When I do im him I do all the talking. He doesn't ask me any questions and if I don't talk it just goes idle. Does he like me???? What should I do???
