What am I sick or infected with?

i'm a 17 year old male. first I got a breakout of athletes foot (only right foot) then: fever, chills, earache, and pain in my lower right leg. After limpimg on my right leg for a day my right testicle began to swell and become painfull. It has been swollen 3 days now and now my right lower abdomen hurts. The chills and earache are beginning to reside but the groin pain isnt.
