Should I take an SAT or ACT review course?

I'm going to be a junior, and my mom wants me to take a review cles for the SAT/ACT. I only want to focus on one of them, but I don't know which one to pick. I got a 143 on my PSAT, and a 22 (with projected 23-27 on the ACT) on my PLAN. Have review cles for either test been shown to be more conducive to score improvement than the other? And if not, which one should I take based on my scores?
