Is it swine fly or something else.........?

My baby is seven months and last Wednesday had vaccination 4 six months since then he has been sick and vormething and not hungry refuses food and milk but with the previous two he was ok im very scared in case is swine fly and i haven't taken to the doctors because i was thinking its the immunization and they cant do anything,,, Please help
