How much do players called up from the echl to the ahl make if they are signed to a PTO contract?

I know a person recently called up by hershey from the south carolina stingrays. He is signed to a PTO contract and gets payed per game. What is the average amount a person gets payed if they are called up and signed to a PTO contract?
