For older married men an women?

im 18 .. was married at 16 ... is it possiable to save my marriage if i get counseling .... my husband an i r goin tru a lot of financial stuff .. an we dnt live under the same roof .. i live w/ my mom .. an he lives w/ his .... we argue alot ... he sometimes comes out and calls me names .. he even goes to the extreme in hittin me .. wat can i do too save our marriage .. if not counseling... we also have a 4 month yr old girl....... jus want to knw!!!!!!!!!
